Having forwarded these post, I now have a question?
Is there any original shareholder of PRWT, pre-PanAmerican Bancorp, who could comment on this? Did you ever recieve anything in the mail confirming the reverse-merger? Please share it here or anything else that you true "longs" have to say about this discussion.
Personally, I am convinced this in fact is a done deal and has been for some time. I have never believed that we own a shell company that is "toilet paper". Since I first bought in June during the runnup, I have done some substantial digging, made numerous phone calls, to learn everything I can. I feel very secure in my investment and the return it will bring me. Yes, I am losing patience with the lack of news. Yes, I would like to see some financials, RIGHT NOW. But, for peace of mind, I suggest others continue to try to get their questions answered so that they can be as comfortable with their investment as I am. If you don't like what you learn, then sell.
I have no problems with the legitimate questions being posed here. As long as nobody make personal attacks and doesn't brow beat issues that they can't support, ask away. Thats why I posted those shareholders notes today. I thought it might aid in the discussions. I am anxious to hear what the "oldtimers" have to say. Did you foks receive anything after the meeting?
