Alan. I realize that none of that confirms it. Frankly, I haven't got enough knowledge of these types of things to know how to confirm your concerns about PRWT. That is also a very good question about the different names used to reference PanAm. Have to ask Silver Fox that one. Don't know if it was a typo, I just copied his post.

I am of the school of thought that believes we wouldn't currently be trading if the deal wasn't done. I was involved in the big scam of MTEI/ICVI. MTEI kind of did the same thing as PanAm in that they acquired a shell(ICVI) and attained instant stock. Then they started releasing all kinds of false news about the value of their holdings. We all know what happened there. BIG, maybe BIGGEST, scam ever.

I am not comparing the two because this certainly is no MTEI. My point is this. MTEI had to acquire ICVI and have the transaction approved, I assume by the SEC, to trade shares and have the name changed to MTEI. Granted, we haven't had a name change (yet), but I am confident that PanAmerican had to show proof of ownership of PRWT, to get the SEC to allow them to trade and use the PRWT name.

So if this is a scam, which I do not believe, I don't think the company is misleading us about PRWT. If they are scamming us, it seems to me that it would be imperative for them to have control of PRWT to scam us. Think about it. To scam us, the shareholders, they need a company that offers "shares". What would they have to gain in this supposed scam, by hyping PRWT. Do you think because they have some 400M shares of PRWT that this is some big hype job of inflating the value of PRWT by misleading the public, about PanAmerican and all the things they are supposedly doing, just to get the price of PRWT up so that they can unload. Then wheres their protection?

Surely they are smarter than that. Again, supposing that this is a scam, the mother of all scams even, they need PRWT. At least that would protect them. They could always claim that nothing was ever released publicly and that they truely were trying to build the company, if they got caught.

Now I certainly don't believe this is the case here. I just can't think of any reason that the reverse merger wouldn't be done. Whether it is for the reasons that I believe; they acquired it for a stepping stone for PanAmerican and all the wonderful plans they have for it, Or as other seem to think; this is a scam so that John and his buddies can get rich. Either way, they would need the reverse merger to have been "officially" completed.

Just my thoughts, what do you think?

Bob
