I have heard the name Gus in these discussions. I do not know what his position is. To say he "dumped" some shares is a subjective inference. Why did you say that he did not sound optamistic(sic). What did he say that lead you to that statement? At what point did you talk to him? One month, three months, six months ago.? There have been a lot of sunrises on this company, I am sure since your discussion. I know that if I were a CEO of a fledgling company and an officer(if he is) were to tell some person, stockholder or otherwise, that he was "cashing out" on some of his shares and relaying a less than positive spin on his company, as we would say in the Army:His A-s would be grass in the morning.
