bobkern, What i think happened is that PanAm was looking for an easy way to get listed. Best of intentions were to be merged w/PRWT, which was probably a good idea. Now lets cut back to Belize, and look what happened there. Hand shakes were made to the then governing bodies to have gov. backed mortgages for new housing projects. then, hey, sh!t happens. No longer is the governing bodies future looking too bright, whatever, and the deal goes down the tubes. A new one is struck the the new government, and PanAm starts to make a new plan. Not so much fanfare this time with the new deal, but atleast they have their foot in the door, and they have something to work with. Nothing diabolical, just a changing of the guards, and we nolonger have what we originally thought we had.
Same thing with the reverse merger. Sounded good to all in the beginning, but then PanAm started getting all sorts of deals in the basket to go after, some may be good, others a waste of time. But the fact is, now they might be in a position to merge with more than just a shell. Now they might have enough going for them that they might be able to attract a company with a NASDQ listing. But nobody has made a commitment yet, nobody really knows how the future is going to unfold for PanAm. Should we go ahead with the PRWT/PanAM reverse merger? should we go with this NASDQ listed company? Or that? Better not say anything right now, 'cuz nobody knows. Keep the investors of PRWT in the dark, 'cuz we may need that at a latter date.
Catch the drift here, Bob? NOBODY knows what they got, or where it's going. Maybe not even John.
And for all intents and purposes, we still hold nothing more than a shell company.
As far as RMC is concerned, they probably have not made a commitment yet, 'cuz they want to know first what they are going to get themselves into, before they sign on the bottom line.
Now thats the best senario I can think of, aside from out and out deception, which does happen from time to time for reasons nobody knows, untill it's too late.
