Question #1

IS there anyone here that did not realize that PRWT was a Shell last June, when they bought into PRWT?

Question #2

Is there anyone here who bought shares in the PRWT shell that did not consider that the merger might not go through, since the prior merger announced in March did not go through.

Question #3

Is there anyone who was not concerned when StyleWriter and Kevinl(now called Currency) Seemed to know about all of the pending news, before anyone else.

Question #4

Is there anyone who bought shares of PRWT which trades on the OTC-BB , that did not know that OTC-BB companies are very risky?

Question #5

Is there anyone who invested in the PRWT Shell that did not say to themselves "It is risky to invest in OTC stocks, I could lose all of my investment, but on the other hand I could make a lot"

Question #6

Did anyone force you to buy PRWT

Question #7

When Red flags popped up, did you decide to hold on to your shares? If so, why did you hold on?

Question #8

How many of you bought prwt based on a recommendation by Top Dog or Reasons3227

Question #9

Those of you who bought on recommendations by Reasons3227 or Top Dog, did you buy, with the intension to hold for 3 to 5 years....or were you like most people who said to themselves "Looks like a momentum play is in the works, I'll buy now for a quick double and get out before it crashes"

Be honest, did you not think this way?

Question #10

Those of you with concerns about PRWT, why are you not phoning PanAm daily demanding answers?

Question #11

If you are not demanding faxed answers to your questions...when will you?

Question #12

If you bought into PRWT because the chance to make a lot of money was there, but it has not come about, why get mad at an alias on a thread.

Call the sec, call new Yorks finest, call a lawyer, call your governor, call your priest, call someone that can get something done for you....

But why complain to a thread of people who can't do anything about it.

Also, life isn't black and white, it is shades of gray.

Yes there are pump and dump crooks

Yes there are basher shorts.

Most people are neither.

They fit in the middle.

Price goes up....weee we're going to be rich

Price goes down...AHHHH I've been ripped up.

look at the CIENNA/Telabs Merger....

Telabs and Cienna were to merge. AT&T was looking at Ciennas Technology

The price of Cienna shot to $92 on this great news.....

One hour before the merger vote AT&T announced it would not use Ciennas goods.

The merger was called off, and the price of CIEN crashed to $8.50 in OCtober

So.......was Cien a Scam.....

No....

Did those who bought at $92 lose 90% of their money...oh yeah...

That is the game.

I know people who loaded up on gold in the days when it ran to $800 an ounce. They bought at $700

They should have sold at $800 but NOOOOOOO! it was going to go to $1000 they were SURE of it....

So when it hit $700 it was just a temporary fluctuation, it'll go back up...

$600 hmmm, bastard commodity traders playing games.
