I note that you refuse to deal with the notion that the issue is that on Tuesday January 12th an eyewitness report says there were about 12 traders and plenty of open stations. On January 13th Barbara says that according to John Schmitz they are turning people away. I think this is a highly suspicious representation. I call it a misstatement. You can call it whatever you like. As to your not representing yourself as an authority, then perhaps you can explain to all why you have chosen to indicate that you have a JD in your profile and post under the name LegalBeast? I would say that speaks volumes about the kind of image that you would project. Given your numerous careless errors and the imprecision of your thinking, I will agree with you that your pretension in this regard is not credible.
