Since you do not know the elements of libel, how is it that you can state with a straight face that you have not libeled? No, your pan is to attempt to bash me personally rather than address the facts, isn't it?
As to your questions, they are not questions at all. They are compound leading questions, and are recognized under the law as statements, not questions. The textbook example is "Do you still kick your dog?" If someone were to ask you this question, the court would recognize it as not an innocent question as you would have it, but a statement asserting that you do indeed kick your dog. Your "questions" are much more complex, but follow the same basic form.
In your case, your "questions" are not innocent quests for the truth, but veiled accusations intended to cause harm. Were a case on your libel to go to court, every statement, question, or other rambling you have made on this forum would be admissable as evidence.
Now then, as to the elements of libel ... care to expound on what they are? Or are you going to continue to attempt to avoid liability for your "questions" by feigning ignorance of your actions? Don't forget oh great guru, ignorance of the law is no excuse. |
