Thanx, Colleen, I think that Barbara is so distraught with herself attempting to justify her girl scout loyalty to PRWT, that she just over looked the sarcasm dripping from that old post of mine to Rosy. Yeah..well... On the reality side of life, I could not talk to any body at PanAm today, so for the heck of it, I called Dave Williams at RMC. Had a short, but very candid chat with the fellow, after he got done asking me if I needed a loan. (after I said I didn't need one, he said that was the best kind of person to loan to. Guess he's got something on the ball there).
Anyways, I asked if the RMC/ PanAm aquisition was finished yet, He said no. Then he volunteered the information that all he wanted out of the deal was PRWT shares. Said that the majority of the payment would be in shares. He said there were a few little details that needed to be ironed out. You know, those same little pesky details that have been holding the whole process down for MONTHS now, since it was reported that RMC was a wholy owned subsidiary of PanAm. Hmmm... must one hell of a pesky little detail. Probably nothing big, you know, like maybe just that PanAm didn't finish the reverse merger yet w/PRWT. Like I told you, he's got something on the ball there. I see he has some high hopes, which I would agree could be very big. BUT, those prwt shares aren't worth nothing without the merger, and the aquisition taking place first. He also put in a plug that there was supposed to be a PR this Wed. concerning some stuff about RMC. The last time I heard that line was during the Holidays when I was told by Goergy Porgy that we were to expect a release about the finalization of the aquisition. Hey, you don't know how warm that made me feel inside!! Well, got to run. Nice to talk to someone around here that has a logical (not rosy's type of logix) and level head. Bobkern seems to want to get down to business too. How refreshing!! |
