Actually Alan,

I don't see that it's much of a positive statement about PRWT or PanAm, rather positive statements about Force 10, the company that is constructing the prefab structures. Upon examination, you will note that the letter mentions the appealing structure of the paneling, nothing about the location of the neighborhood or their wanting to promote it, which is something we were lead to believe in the early days. We even had a press release that outlined the $$$$ that would channel into PRWT from these government backed loans.
