Ten of eleven ECM earnings reports beat consensus

So far, ten out of the eleven companies, have beaten the consensus, although in many cases it was just by a penny. The only exception was Centennial Technologies(CTN), that by my calculation, missed by four cents. This stock was taken out and shot, in the last two days. IMO deservedly so (see Centennial thread).

You are probably right about the new rules not applying to smaller NASDAQ stocks yet. That would explain H2O and Greg's long wait for execution on their SFLX purchases. But then that leaves us with a really wide bid/ask spread on most of the small cap stocks I've been following. I wonder when indivdidual orders on such thinly traded small caps will be made available on the quotation system for all brokers (and therefore their individual investors)?
