To the best of my knowledge, Niether AFG, nor RMC are licensed to do mortgages in Belize. Any interest in outside loans that a buyer of one of the houses would be routed thru some "society" whos name appears on one of the AFG PR's. At that point, RMC, or PanAm would be able to process a loan for a non-U.S. citezen from Belize. Or even a U.S. citizen buying a house down there as far as that goes. Being that origination fees seem to be a lot higher down there, there would probably be something left over for whoever writes the loan. It doesn't look like a very high volume part of the mortgage business though.
