Oct 9th, 1998:
Realty Money Center is in the final stages of completing its merger. It is currently combining all of its other mortgage holdings including its branches now under different names into one name of Realty Money Center. All loan volume, personnel and contractual agreements will be transferred with the merger. Realty Money Center will be solely owned by PanAmerican BanCorp. Realty Money Center offers subprime, construction and commercial lending. The Realty Money Center web site will be completed shortly.

No mention in the roundup of their divisions.

Today:
I had a conversation with Dave Williams at Realty Money Center in Las Vegas this morning. Dave told me that John's lawyers and his lawyer's are just about completed on the final paperwork to finish the acquisition of Realty Money Center by PanAmerican Bancorp. He feels it will happen within the next two weeks.https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=7490922

That last was from JDCPA, so we know that the voice of Merv and Dave flows through him - whispered in his ear and right out through his posts unto the world.

Everything is so slippery with this company. Why is that?
