Im not a mikey fan but lately he's been more correct about the direction of the stock., In fact, he has been right on.
heck joel doesnt even bother to call me back... sticking around for awahile until I take
the money and throw it in a couple of options on a AOL or something , I suspect that the Beagelmans are milking this thing for all it can be milked. Look at the filings. Mac (father), Jerry(brother to Joel), VTPI ( Joel, Carl, etc) are all sellers. I would not be a seller in a company that I controlled, if I had an ounce of confidence in it.
Enough said.
What you have here is a bunch of crooks. And a good reason to bump them to the pinks per the SEC, in the next qtr.
As far as their technology is concerned, DOD, Lycoming, EPS. That is where the selling is coming from. These are all thinly veiled BS fronts for fleigling companies like visual telephone international.
What is international about this company other than ripping off people out of the states? They have no international operations, much less, local, Hackenshit, NJ.
Mac Beagelman is in Prison for his role in ripping people off on this deal, and he now is 79 years old. He is selling stock, his son is selling stock, his nephew is selling stock, etc, etc, . The real kicker is that the company has filed to sell stock. What kind of confidence is that? They know, even though they are not way up on the IQ scale, that this is a sinking ship.
Sell your stock now. It is 300% above where it was 60 days ago.
Find a good mutual fund, or an advisor, and retain your principal and let it grow. Otherwise, you will lose every penny.
