I have just spoken with Terry Johnston at American Alliance. He struck me as being very personable, with a definite air of restrained enthusiasm i.e. no wild claims. Here is what he told me:

1) Outstanding shares = 10 million
2) Public float = 7 million
3) Current revenues are nominal
4) Future revenues will be generated from gathering 'public' content and, perhaps more importantly, from initiating proprietary streaming broadcasts. The example he gave was a target of AGM's
5) Cash on hand = $1.5 MM
6) Debt = none
7) Their 10SQB is in progress. They meet all conditions for listing and want to list on NASDAQ Small Cap
8) They will begin a "public awareness" campaign in a couple of weeks (his words). There has been essentially no attempt at visibility to date, hence the days of zero or near zero shares traded.
9) He estimates 6 weeks to what he describes as a "knock your socks off" web site. Interesting, as I think their present site is very good.
10) The company has had talks with several major hardware manufacturers regarding high speed internet access. My impression was that he thought such access was very near, confirming what I have heard elsewhere.

Mr. Johnston has an investment package together and will send it upon request.

Disclaimer: I purchased a small amount of this stock this morning and will be buying a bit more today and and eye towards more in the future. Take these words in that context. My opinion is that whoever gets streaming video right will do very well indeed. AMRE seems to be further along than most.
