Tim O'Brien, fund manager of the Eaton Vance Utility Fund, was interviewed on CNBC's "Today Business" earlier this morning, talking about the telecom sector. Among the stocks he recommends: WCOM and Omnipoint. Relative to its growth rate, WCOM is still the cheapest among the large cap telecom stocks.

On Omnipoint, in case anyone is interested, he said the company may be acquired, by a European telecom possibly, later this year.
