As an employee of MCIW, I can tell you there is no inside rumor about a split. The only places the rumor appears is in these message boards. We get some rah-rah stuff from the management but very little real information about how the business is progressing. Seems we just get a lot of "better things are coming" type comments and request to keep working hard to make this combined company exceed.

All of the employees in my area are working hard and doing what we can to support our customers. From a personal point of view, the customers I deal with are very happy and business prospects look very good. I try not to look through rose colored glasses at what is going on in this business. It is very competitive and employees like those I work with are a big part of what keeps the customer doing business with MCIW. As a co-worker, I appreciate that support and as a shareholder, I applaud those still left that are doing more with less.
