It appears that someone is buying back the stock for a very cheap rate to try and gain control of the company. They wait for it to go down and buy more... I think this company will do another reverse stock split and push the stock price back up to near $1 a share. This happened once before several years ago.

Another company may want to buy out FINX. FINX is great company to buyout because it is over $50 million dollars in debt.... If a company can buy FINX for a few million dollars, or less, they could right off more then $50 million.... A GREAT tax right off and they will acquire FINX patens. That's the only thing I can think of….

Anyone else have any other insights?
