GC, I loaded up on wcom today. I have a lot of confidence in mngmt and employees and sooner or later wcom will zoom ( not to rah rah) but it's due. Mergers are always difficult but I trust that the mngmt is doing the right thing.

Does wcom grant options to employees as they come on board?

I like to invest in a company that gives lots of options to employees.
Nothing like employees who have a stake in the company.
