Hey in the end management will not only screw the shareholders, they will screw themselves. With the technology, if they has proper funding (i.e cut all the reg s junk and preferred stock) the company's share price would probaly be 2.00 -3.00 and when they need to dilute there companies shares would actually be worth something. However, there more concerned with nickles and dimes and it will bite them in the ass later when the government wants them to ramp up production and they wont have the money to grow and become a real company with real profits. Love the technology, but I'm not putting another penny ( i dont have much vtpi) into the company. I like Carl and he is working hard, but they need to learn how to enhance shareholder value. Not just say it in a release. If the company wasn't so poorly management that internet annoucement would have sent the company up to .80 cents.. But with all the stock they have sold waiting to get dumped, it rallied a few cents.

I still think this company will go far when they wake up and smell the coffee. And thats why i havent sold what i have yet.
