For the last hour, I have been trying to find where I read that ADC Telecommunications was going into Brazil. I happen to own ADCT along with PLFM. That is how i discovered PLFM months ago. ADCT has been steadily climbing the past few weeks. I just wonder why ADCT would start a plant in Brazil. If anyone here has any info on this, I would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks.
