On the other hand perhaps what you're remembering relates to ADCT's news release of Jan 6 1999 which refers to a joint venture between them and a Brazilian telecommunications company to develop fiberoptic (land, how boring) lines and networks. This could lead to a synergistic thing with PLFM, ya rekon? No harm in speculating. Happy trades
