I don't pretend to have a law license. You on the other hand advertise your JD degree in your bio here on SI. I mean is it possible that you really do have such a degree? Your posts are so devoid of the kind of understanding and application that I would expect from those that I know that do have such degrees. Or is your area of specialization something like agricultural law where you only have to navigate your way around Agriculture Department regs and government policy statements?

But since you are the one that makes these claims of educational achievement, why don't you tell us just what is ultra vires about their reporting their prior period financials? You must have had something in mind when you forwarded that statement. You are big at name calling, but awfully short at ever explaining the basis of your assertions.
