I'll tell you exactly what's happening, MMs are shorting this stock. They may have done some covering earlier. This stock should rise on little volume unless the MMs are selling into the bid. They prob. have a large short position and when they seen the buying coming in and the price rising they had to put the fire out. Plus we have some day traders looking to make pennies.

I think the recent dilution went into the open market, as the float is now around 26 mil.
