doug, for my trading I use market orders in the mini nearly all of the time for entry, and some of the time on exit. One thing I have noticed is that if my fills are away from the market at all its mostly due to my quotes. I use two vendors on two different computers using two different isps and have the opportunity to compare them easily. The fills are so fast that they actually lead the quotes by a split second sometimes.

Also, when placing multiple market orders, of 10 contracts or more, the fills may vary by what was available at that given moment on Globex, sometimes 25 to 50.

Obviously, the type of trading we do makes a great deal of difference of how we place our individual orders, but thought I could share this without being an intrusion <g>
