Zero-minus tick A price, which is the same as the previous transaction price, but is less than the most recent different transaction price. also called zero downtick. opposite of zero-plus tick. see also tick, downtick, short sale rule. Zero-plus tick A price, which is the same as the previous transaction price, but is greater than the most recent different transaction price. also called zero uptick. opposite of zero-minus tick. see also tick, uptick, short sale rule. We were not aware that you have level II and there is no way you can tell if it is a buy or sell, isn't that one of the reason's Barbara has been posting the transactions?
