donald, I do not know what the answer is nor am I claiming that I do, but I have learned that to live in denial gets us no where as investors, except broke. We need to start looking toward the company for the answers rather than picking on other investors as the reason for the depressed price in our stock holdings. I don't know if John or his partners are selling shares, but you asked why a person could conceivably do such a thing given the current share price, and I provided a financial possibility. It it possible after this much time that the company needs to generate capital to meet salaries and growing expenses (think about the time frame), I don't know the answer but as investors we should not stop asking questions.
