NewKit: Thanks for the E-Trade warning... Normally the brokerage firm will time stamp the order... They should be able to go back and correlate the time of the order with the price of the stock and make the appropriate adjustment... If they can't or are unwilling to do this, it should be reported to the SEC... Before contacting the SEC, the Mgr of the area may help you resolve the problem... Jim
