How wonderfully ironic that you bring up one of my old posts to show the continuing saga that is still being played by the management team of PRWT. Yes, folks it's been 7 months since that post and the script remains the same. The only change has been some of the audience. It seems that some people not only don't mind reruns, they don't realize that they're partaking in reruns. We were promised financials in August, then it was September, then by the end of the year, then sometime in January and then sometime during the first quarter of 1999 and now, it's not even being mentioned. Eight months ago, we were told about some government backed mortgage loans to government employees in Belize and even got a PR stating such. When this never transpired we were told that the problems PRWT were facing in Belize were politically motivated. We were told that the government web site had been hacked into and misinformation was posted. We were told to not believe what we read on the official government web site as this was being corrected by PRWT. Months later, we learn that the web site was not hacked into and that PRWT STILL doesn't possess legal documents to process loans in Belize. But like good little investors we accepted all that was fed to us because we heard more promises of wealth if we just hung on and allowed PRWT just a little bit more time. More time passes and all of a sudden a shareholders meeting is announced to take place in September because, because, because the RM never took place and now they needed a shareholder vote. And now we find ourselves 5 months from this September date and we can see for ourselves that the RM still has NOT taken place. The Nevada web site is kept current, has not been hacked into and it clearly shows PanAm as a separate entity from PRWT. But wait folks the soap opera continues....... there's more!!!
