Well I know you have swallowed this malarkey about marketing these homes to Belizean Americans. slurp* lick ummmmm But just how many retirees are you expecting to retire to this little jungle/swamp enclave 13 miles from town and the picturesque beaches. 1800? And of course they will all want to live together there. I am laughing too hard at this number to even type the higher number claimed for the later phases.
