SORRY, NO JOKE HERE.

One minor detail: Jesus spoke Aramaic, the form of Hebrew spoken in Palestine during His life. Much of the New Testament, however, was written in Koine, a common form of Greek in that era. Perhaps Jesus also spoke Greek but Jews of His day were conversant in Aramaic, as were the religious teachers and leaders.
