XYLN filing
by: ChessStar
Hey fellow XYLN shareholder, something is up!
Just saw on MSN Investor that Amerindo Investment Advisors Inc., and some other folks based in London, Panama and California bought approximately 16.82% of XYLN's shares. Who are these guys?
Are we being taken over, or am I missing something here?

This is not a rumor. It was filed on Friday. Amerindo bought 16.82% of XYLN shares through their various investment entities, you can check it on investor.msn, you have to subscriber though.

I am not sure what their purpose is, may be it's just an investment on their part, but generally buying so much means that they may be interested in becoming a owner.

If so, god bless them!

If this is true, then it appears that someone is very interested in XYLAN either (1) as an investment, (2) Merger or (3) Buy-Out!
