I recently bought 50 shares of Xylan (XYLN), a recent IPO from Ventura County, California, on the basis of someone's suggestion that this is the "next Cisco." Can someone please give me some intelligent opinion on this company? What are its products, and why are they considered to be so great? What is management like? What are the company's markets? Who is the competition? What are the company's overall prospects?

I would appreciate anything anyone can tell me.
