TD, why did they halt trading? Shareholders had been faxed word of the Elan suit in advance of the halt, and weren't NR's on the subject out as well before the halt was issued? And, while the suit hurts latest quarter earnings, why wouldn't the market consider it to have been caused by an action (of Elan) beyond the control of FUSE? Sorry that you were trapped in, but to my thinking, after an admittedly brief study of the SI thread, this is the type of news w/o any long-term impact on the company. Obviously, you don't feel that way, but why not? Finally, will Elan's pullout here worry the market about the stability of a similar arrangement for Elan to buy LGND shares?
