Just read this over at the RB board...Dont like the looks of this.. I Have a position in this one since Sept. and thought things might be looking up... until now. We have problems. I have just confirmed that PRWT has 1.1 BILLION shares and they continue to print shares to pay the bills. Approximately 850 million shares are owned by Insiders and 250 Million by the public. Also, their is no guarantee that the reverse merger will net 1 share for each share owned of PRWT. In addition, PRWT does not have the 6 Million dollars that NHLT needs and the 2.5 Million that was supposed to be loaned to NRPUI several months ago. A reverse split is also in the cards and has already been approved by the Officers. I would say its time to dump yopur shares. Information was obtained from George at Pan Am during the last several days.
