I had a thought. This is my own idea and is not worth anything so don't start any rumors with it. Since Magic Ent. is a wholly owned subsidy of 1st Miracle Group...why not IPO Magic and have MVEE retain controlling interest? They could keep the float low and get the price out of the pennies (and maybe attract some real investors).
