Well, you know you sure are right about the wording in that Press Release and it could very well be that they are backtracking with shareholders and pulling some of the assets away from the benefit of the commonholders. It sure would be nice to see financials filed with the SEC so all of this could be verified. Bet they won't commit to having them filed at their meeting. Bet they won't say anything other than "It is a priority and we are working to file them as soon as we can. " They won't give a date certain because they may not want everyone to know how many shares are outstanding as of right now. I am sure you saw the rumors over on the Raging Bull.
