Please read this: PanAmerican BanCorp/Purewater (NASDAQ: OTC:PRWT) announces its first Virtual Open House will be held live on their web site (www.panambancorp.com), Wednesday, February 24, 1999 at 2pm EST. That's the First two lines of a the Companies News Release. It clearly lists them both! ) The CEO's message to the shareholders is that they are to become one! If The CEO was to sit down and solely do this alone, We would still be on our Duff! with nothing to show but a New Cusip! So what's your point? Is this what your looking for? Please Give me a company with a strong backbone. I'll wait for the ruffles! Why do you continue to pick apart this companies statements and news releases to find one line that's easy to tear apart and then twist it to suit your needs. I honestly thought you would have come around to realize that this company is finally coming together. Geez!
