Something to note. When I called 84 Lumber about building a house (am personally getting ready to start the process) they said that financing was available through them and when they gave me the rates, they were competitive. They said that they were doing their own financing now and were in the process of making that financing more readily available. Only drawback is that I am 200 miles from their closest location and that would inflate the material costs enough to knock them out of the lowest priced materials category that I need.
