YOU would enjoy? Like I care ... Lets discuss the qui tam thing. The actual process and details of a qui tam are irrelevant to PRWT. The true FACT is that YOU wanted it to show that Carl Cruze was charged and convicted by the US government for fraud. Well, it just was not that way, was it? You falsified the name of the case and claimed that Carl was a party to the suit. He was NOT. In fact the only apparent discrepancy was that I thought that the Govt had to be in the case if it was a whistleblower case. The reality is that they are there only because it was a whistleblower case. 99% of the time that is how it happens. Just because the Govt has an option to stay out does not mean that they do stay out, it just does not work out that way in real practice. That minor point between the lay description page you cite to and the reality of how it works in practice does not make me an idiot, it makes me a realist. The final analysis of that eposode was that YOU were proven to be a liar and a fraud. But did you admit it? No, you tried to hide behind personal attacks on me. Then, YOU attempted to try to convince us that since the government INTERVENED that it meant that the Govt took over the PROSECUTION and was proof positive that Carl was guilty. It meant nothing of the kind. Plus the fact that it was a civil case and there WAS NO PROSECUTION. Did YOU ever apologize for that WRONG assumption. No, you did not! Instead, you hoped that it would just go away. Bluster about? You ignorant fool. Everytime I ask you for FACTS to back up your claims, you do one of two things: You either dissappear for a while and ignore that you were asked for facts, or you throw about personal accusations. If that is truly the best you can do then don't waste your time. Certainly don't waste ours. Tell you what, lets take a vote. Lets have everyone on here vote whether you should go or whether I should go. I can live with the outcome of the vote ... can you?
