Who cares what the percentage of cases is. I did admit that I was wrong in assuming that the govt had to be in the case but instead had a choice. Well don't let anyone say you don't have a career as a comedian. Just last night that percentage was 99% through your very own fingertips right onto this thread. It was in fact the basis for your dismissing any error on your part. An error that you originally made attempting to discredit the import of the DOJ entering the case in the first place. You did so with an ill advised and poorly researched statement, pretending through bluster to be authoritative. I think that if there is a fraud here it is in your pretense to have any grasp on the processes of the Federal Civil False Claims Act. As to your allegation that I have committed criminal fraud, I invite you to make that case with the nearest Federal Prosecutor. They will no doubt appreciate your comedic skills as well.
