Here is some precious analysis you might be interested in. Possibly a clue as to how interactive the meeting is likely to be, or should I say not be? That is the question and here is the rub:

IMHO We are going to be the guineia pigs -- the company will test their servers and their ability to conduct "business" using them by having an interactive meeting with us. Advertising it, especially via press release would prolly give too many people (especially the bashers and the internet vandals who love to ruin things) the idea to logon, tune in, and speak out. In that case, such a load would experiment to failure and end up really harming what they are trying to do.

Better will be to issue a press release AFTER THE EVENT about the successful test of the system. Or even that they tested the system and found some things that needed to be fixed, etc., IMHO that would be MUCH better.

No, we wouldn't want the public to actually attend and find out about this company. Don't want those embarrassing little questions like when are the financials going to be released - date certain. That would undoubtedly disrupt the mood of the meeting as they seek to distract with yet another lurch in another direction.
