I am unfamiliar with the rules regarding Canadian stocks as they differ from the U.S. However, is it possible that this continuous selling on the run-ups could be related to some debentures outstanding which must be exercised by a certain time? This may explain the odd behavior of this stock recently. Are Canadian companies required to release this kind of information? If there are convertible instruments being exercised at this time what will be the end result on the shares outstanding and the float? These questions, of course, are not directed specifically to you Suzanne. I will attempt to contact MVEE this week. This is just another spin on what is happening.

If I am off-base here, please set me straight.
