Hey guys and gals, I spoke to Mr. Benz again yesterday!! We all need to be a little more patient with this stock! It is a startup company so let' s give it some time to grow!In most start up companies, nothing ever happens exactly as planned (I know, because I work for one right now) so let's not all wonder why they haven't filed yet! They are still working on it and plan to have it done in the near future. Those are the exact words I got from Mr. Benz himself. I also asked him how many shares were in float,authorized and outstanding and here are the numbers:
1) Oustanding = 97 million
2) Float = about 80 ~ 85 million
3) Authorized = he said that canadian companies are UNLIMITED!
4) Now for the good news, When I asked him how the screening went, he told me that they "have 6 major film companies interested in the movie" They have all contacted him reagrding a second screening or possiblities of purchasing"! He said there have been no offers yet, But, he said he couldn't have expected it to be better than that! He is very happy about the 6 firms who are interested in the movie! He said he hoped to have a deal wrapped up within two weeks, but he wouldn't say who the 6 firms were.
5) As far as Delta force is concerned, they had originally hoped to have this doen by now, but they have completed filming and are now in the editing stage. He said he hoped to see this film completed by April.
6) He said they are still pursuing the SEC filing- he didn't say when it would be completed though! And I don't blame him, why keep making promises when he doesn't know for sure, but he said it should be around the end of April the lastest!
7) Finally, they are still going to pursue looking for some sort of line of credit from a company to make films.
I have just two questions one for LT and one for Moneybaggs!
LT, your first, why do you think this is a "bad bet in you book"???

Moneybaggs, Since you spoke to mr.Benz just as I did, I'm just curious as to why you didn't share with us your conversation with him or any information that you found out??? We all try to help each other out on this board , I thought??? ( I don't mean to offend you, I 'm just curious as to what he said to you as opposed to me)
Oh well, I hope some of you enjoy this post, because it's all right from Mr. Benz, himself and if you don't believe me just call him yourself, he usually answers the phone himself and is very friendly! Let's just hope he's telling the truth! IMO, if your long on this stock you will be rewarded, who cares if some knucklehead is dumping all his shares now, I think it only provides a lower stock price which we can all capitalize on! Just think if they make an anouncement within the next few weeks regarding the sale of "Speedway", do any of you think it will still be at $.055??? I don't think so!!!
