Tokyo Joe says buy OMGA. Dorine "I pay no attention to P/Es" Essey is here. It looks like the usual crowd who buys high, hoping the excitement will bring out some greater fools.

Today's news regarding FutureSource is certainly positive for OMGA, but this stock is not trading so high on fundamentals, it's up on momentum excitement. I'm amused that the folks who buy on momentum and don't care about P/Es are always the first to tout any news.

For those who do care about fundamentals, recall that OMGA and FutureSource were long-term partners. OMGA did the stock data and technical analysis while FutureSource handled the futures and options on futures. When they were full partners, the consensus 1999 EPS was figured at $0.10. Then, they had some disagreements and split on 4 February 1999. This left OMGA with an incomplete product line, and worse, FutureSource announced a competitive product suite. Now, they have partly come together again. FutureSource is again supporting OMGA, but it doesn't look like FutureSource is canceling their competitive product release next month. So, annual EPS of $0.10 looks hard to meet.
