but PanAm is a Nevada Corp and PRWT is a Delaware Corp.. two different entities. As was even pointed out during the meeting... geeeee, hmmmm JAT, but would you take that as an admission that the RM has not occurred yet? tsk, tsk, tsk... but soooooon, maybe, perhaps... oh, well... kaboom
