Colleen, both Rosario and you are still wrong. The transfer agent said this afternoon that Purewater Sciences International (PRWT) has 634 million shares outstanding out of 750 million shares authorized. That only leaves one explanation. PanAmerican Bancorp (new company) has 820 million shares authorized and these additional shares can not possibly be in the float. We will all receive one share of PanAmerican Bancorp for our one share of Purewater Sciences, leaving the additional shares as probably already used for acquisitions.
