IT doesn't matter what the float is unless you are a momentum player. If you are a momentum play then you don't care about the fundamentals.

In fact a momentum player loves Reverse splits, because after the fact a few people panic sell, then the Momentum player buys in, the (now) smaller float is eaten up faster.

The Bottom lin is Is the company profitable?

If a company is profitable, the share count is less important.

Would you feel better if PRWT had a share count of 82 million with a price of 19 cents.

Would you feel better if PRWT had a share count of 8.2 million, with a price of $1.90

The only people who panic about share counts and reverse splits are those looking for a momentum run.

True investors buy, sell higher, rebuy more on dips, (This time buying more since they have more money) and keep going.

But most people want to think they can get the quick buck.

They want their money to double or triple in a couple of weeks max.

Then when the world doesn't cooperate the way they want, they throw temper tantrums.

Whether you like Panam or not is irrelevant.

The market cap at 2 cents is 16.4 million dollars.

If the share count was 82 million at 20 cents, the market cap would still be 16.4 million dollars

if the share count was 8.2 million at $2.00 the market cap would still be 16.4 million dollars.

Whine all you want.

The stock will still go up and down regardless of what you say.

But really, no one will ever take anything you say seriously.
