Likely that the entire block of 300K shares will be purchased, and the purchase will be arranged in advance of 3/16/99..even if shares are sold on open market, not a big deal, not alot of shares considering the volume in RACE for the last several months. > Very encouraging how an additional 1million shares could be shorted in the last 30 days and Race is still trading in the $6 - $8 range.
