I would suggest that you investigate the way the securitization market works before you make the blanket statement that Moody's has blessed Jayhawk as a whole. Securitizations are done through bankruptcy remote vehicles that protect the holders from Jayhawk's own credit risk. Moody's is merely expressing their opinion that these two securitization vehicles should not be affected by Jayhawk's problems.
