Will JACC benefit from the problems at Mercury Finance?

JACC announced lower earnings this quarter due to a one time write down of about $15,000,000 in bad debt. This caused stock price to tumble. Now trading at less than book value. Any opinions welcome as to next direction of share price. Buy, sell, or hold?
